Recent 11-Vehicle Accident in Miami Leaves One Dead
Earlier this week, an accident involving 11 vehicles left one woman dead and sent seven other people to local area hospitals. Four of those people were admitted in serious condition. According to a report by the Miami Herald, the accident occurred at the intersection of Northwest Seventh Street and 17th Avenue.
Evidently, a city-owned dump truck crashed into the back of an occupied taxi cab, causing a chain-reaction accident that involved a total of 11 vehicles. Homicide investigators responded to the scene, numbering each of the vehicles involved in the fatal accident in hopes of better understanding the chain of events that led to each of the 11 vehicles’ involvement. At this time, the team is still working through the accident, and no firm information has been passed down to the public about the cause of the accident.
